Where is my data stored?

Entirely on your device. Coil has no account and no server. See the privacy policy.

How do I back up or move my data?

Open Settings in the app and use Export data (CSV) to save your training log and benchmarks. You can share or store the file anywhere.

Will I lose my logs if I delete the app?

Yes. Everything is stored on your device, so deleting the app removes its data. Export to CSV first if you want to keep it.

A rest-timer alert did not appear

Make sure notifications are enabled for Coil in iOS Settings, then Notifications. The app asks for permission the first time a rest timer starts.
